Welcome to RefSys. By accessing or using the RefSys portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. About RefSys
RefSys is a referral-based task management portal where users can:
- Register as members
- Refer new users
- Receive tasks assigned by RefSys
- Earn points upon successful task completion
Points may also be distributed to parent and grandparent members based on the referral structure, subject to eligibility conditions mentioned below.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use RefSys.
- By registering, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.
- RefSys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. User Accounts
- Each user is allowed to create only one account.
- Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Referral System
- Users can refer other users (referred to as child members).
- The referring user is considered the parent member, and the parent’s referrer (if any) is considered the grandparent member.
- Referral benefits are subject to task completion rules.
5. Tasks and Point System
- Tasks are assigned by RefSys and must be completed as per the given instructions.
- Points are awarded only after successful verification of task completion.
- The number of points and task criteria may vary and are decided solely by RefSys.
6. Point Distribution Rules
Child Member Points
A child member will receive points only after successfully completing the assigned task.
Parent and Grandparent Points
Parent and grandparent members may receive points when their child member completes a task only if they themselves are active and have completed their own assigned tasks.
If a parent or grandparent member has not completed their required tasks, they will not receive any points from child member task completion.
No Guaranteed Earnings
- Points are performance-based and not guaranteed.
- Points do not represent real money unless explicitly stated by RefSys.
- Users are eligible to redeem points after achieving a minimum threshold of 10,000 points.
7. Non-Completion of Tasks
If a user fails to complete their assigned tasks:
- They will not receive points.
- They will not be eligible to earn points from their referral network.
- Repeated non-compliance may result in account suspension.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use fake accounts or automated tools
- Manipulate tasks or referral systems
- Submit false or misleading task completion proofs
- Engage in any illegal or unethical activities
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of points.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
RefSys reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any account without prior notice
- Remove earned points if fraud or misuse is detected
- Take legal action if required
10. Modification of Terms
RefSys may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
- RefSys is not responsible for any loss of data, earnings, or opportunities.
- RefSys does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
